As you likely know, CMS has released the Final Rule for 2011 and it contained some significant changes for the home care industry in the upcoming year.  We know that many of you may have questions or concerns about what these changes may mean to you.  Because of this, we are offering a free webinar on December 7th that will address the upcoming changes and how they will affect home care agencies.PPS Final Rule 2011

If a PT has done 9 visits and OT has done 3 visits for a total of 12; does the PT and OT do a full reassessment each on the next visit?

@s ... responding to your comment, If the PT and the OT have continuing orders to visit after the 13th therapy visit then yes, they must both do a full reassessment by the 13th therapy visit (regardless of the discipline conducting the 13th visit).
